Our
process can be characterized by three phases:
Once a search
assignment is build upon a detailed description of a detailed candidate, based
on skills, qualifications, experience and personal qualities, both parties agree
on fees & timescale’s.
Then we begin to target potential candidates. We have the
knowledge and expertise to locate the right potential candidates and then
swiftly initiate an approach. The average time frame is one to two weeks.
Next, we
commence in-depth preliminary interviews with the identified candidates. We
determine whether the candidate has the optimum background, personality,
motivation and skill set to successfully fulfill the requirements. Please note
that we provide reference checking prior to client’s request.
Shortlist of candidates will be presented, followed by a comprehensive candidate
report consisting of academic achievement, work experience record, and our
recommendations on each presented candidates. This stage of process is one to
three weeks.
When clients
have agreed on the shortlist, we will arrange interviews. Orly will make sure
that only the best arrangement will occur and will benefit both client and
candidates. The completion of a smooth recruitment process is our priority.
We give our
utmost services for executive search ranging from senior manager, assistant vice
president, vice president, general manager, and director. We also carry out
recruitments in the level of junior manager. We make sure that we perform each
and every assignment with excellent and just treatments.
