The latest job title being a consultant, a position she withheld since early 2003, she deals with the business development, working closely with the director to participate in the development of the client portfolio. With the objective obtaining new assignments for the company, she introduces the company services to both foreign and local multinationals. She is also highly skilled in reviewing and discussing the job description and candidate profile for each position.
